The hotel room was sufficient enough to accommodate 2 persons. Opting for Additional person accommodation will find difficulty in space for sleeping. The toilet and bathroom is okay. Managed to use without issues. The space in bathroom is too small and difficult for fatty persons. The room service is not good. Avoid it. The room service gave us cups and flasks which was smelly and not clean enough. We avoided taking food in the restaurant or from the room service due to the cleanliness issue. Overall, this place is just a quick night stay worth to see sunset and/or a sunrise.
Hotel is very near to beach, sunset and sun rise points and also to the temple . Have maintained clean and hygiene. Staff is very good and friendly. We reached bit a late, but staff himself called to check where we have reached and to inform that their restaurant will be closed and dinner will not be served. I liked this hotel and recommend for family.
Location is excellent near to temple and Vivekananda Rock. Rooms were good but need repairing, if opting for sea view room kindly ask for 2nd or 3rd floor, No such view from 1st floor where we stayed. Its a budget hotel but don't expect luxury. Staff were good and we also got early check-in.
We had a nightmare experience with the hotel stay and they extorted huge amount of money from us. One of us dropped room key in the elevator gap and the management took this as an opportunity to extract money from us, rather than just helping us with the manual opening key of the lift in order to collect the key from the basement of the lift. They extorted huge money without a receipt.
Some rooms are located such that you can view the sunrise from your bed. And that's the only selling point of this place. They are not as costly as their neighbours, but that shows up in the quality of rooms. It's OK if you need a hole to sleep and bathe. If planning to spend more time in the room, this is not the place. Rooms are small and rundown and in need of repairs,
Stayed here on my vacation with family. We booked non ac room since monsoon. But for their promotion to AC room they didn't fix regulator for fan and beyond the fan is rotating very slow.
The hotel is really near the beach, walkable distance, and the room and the room service was really good. The staff was really co-operative and helped us through our trip.
Stay wise, it is good and situated near to beach, easily reachable to vivekanda rock. Room was quite clean and neat with a balcony and attached bathroom.. They provide bathroom amenities. Food wise, really disappointed for us. Over rated for food which was not good in taste.... We ordered a clear chicken soup it was taste like chicken added in Kerala rassam..
