Hotel Mehrangarh Palace - Hotel in Udaipur - Udaipur, India

One of the best hotel in udaipur and with great approachable location , Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

This is the worst hotel, I have experienced, no proper room service, no quick response. I asked them to fix the TV issue, it's not working or not recharged but no one is ready to listen they just ignore. I was asking for water and coffee stuffs but they took more than an hour to provide the things. I used to go get the water from cafeteria for drinking myself. As I was travel with my family and small kid but still they are not paying attention. It's a 3 star hotel but service is poor then small lodge. After few days I personally asked them to provide battery for AC remote because I knew that they will not respond quickly. When I was raising concern about the services they used to say employee are new and lazy. It's a near by railway station in Sikh colony location is good for those how reach udaipur late night. I recommend before booking in this hotel. Please check all the things and accordingly proceed.

Nice clean rooms with excellent service . Food was upto the mark and perfectly hygienic . Chef was so polite and on demand made the recepie of my choice .would recommend everyone

We stayed in Mehrangarh Hotel Palace in Udaipur for 3N 4D; the ambience and location were very good! The staffs were very courteous and helpful and service people attentive!! The rooms are spacious and neat!! The best part was the kvaalittii and authenticity of food preparation by young cook Rawat and suppoting hands!!!

I had stay a night in this hotel. Room are OK but the service wasn't appreciable due to some issues like - TV was not working during whole stay, Hand wash and body wash wasn't provided even it was reminded twice to them.

Food is delicious and rooms were so clean . Perfect holiday destination hotel for family and friends . Highly recommended
