HOTEL MEENAM - Restaurant in Chennai, Ramapuram - Chennai, India

It is a mid range hotel situated nearby the Chennai airport. The problem is cleanliness and facilities. No complement breakfast or other ammunities available in thr hotel. Just for a night stay it will be fine, A/C and non A/C rooms available. Overall it is a mixed feeling stay here but the location is very ideal for the airport.

Worst customer service ever, they don't even know how to talk to customers and understand one's concern unfortunately I had to stay in that hotel for my sister's wedding If I knew this is how they behaved I would've cancelled booking long back. I spoke to one mental man named Rajshekar who acted like he doesn't even understand what I was saying, I have stayed in so many hotels I have never come across such a pathetic experience. Ultimately it is not about the facilities you provide because the person who can see can understand the level of cleanliness they maintain but apart from that the most important aspect is to talk and make the customer understand instead of venting it out on them. Actually this hotel doesn't deserve a star but since 1 Star rates poor I'd rate it as the poorest!

Worst Experience for me. No Breakfast and No respect for people who come as a guest. Old aged idiot was sitting on the counter when i was boarding in the morning 5AM, he literally behaved as if I'm there to stay at the cost of his salary. Yes other people where ok and while checking out there was different guy but he was good & humble. But my mood spoiled the whole day.

Good hotel but Towel, brush, soap or anything extra were not given even in AC rooms. Rooms cost around 1000-1800 depending upon ac or non ac rooms. It's near the airport so good for fast transit. The aircraft lands and take off just above the hotel so there is some noise of it but not a very big issue.

We had a one day stay there. We just loved the ambience of room. It is worth the money you pay. Even the staffs, helpers took care of us in a very polite and kind way. They helped us a lot. The location situated is awesome. People planning board flights from meenambakkam airport can definitely keep hotel meenam as an option!

Very old hotel in this area. They provide the food faster. But they don't fill water properly, I filled water and drank while eating. They won't ask you for further orders.They took order for a coffee, to have at end of my dinner. But they didn't bring till I complete. I thought they are planning to provide at the end. But finally I was informed that the coffee is over. Disappointed with the poor service.

Very old veg hotel in this area. Would have crossed 20+ years. Serves decent meals for lunch with good service. Remembering my teen age having juice in the near by shop is also still there.
