Hotel MB International - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

Please do not book this hotel using any online booking apps. All the positive reviews available appear to be fake. This hotel could potentially be the worst in all of Mysore. The staff is extremely rude and often engages in arguments with customers when requested services that were promised. None of the hotel amenities, such as the AC, TV, fans, etc., are in working condition. The hotel is incredibly untidy, and cockroaches can be found throughout. Contrary to their website claims, there is no hot water, and when we inquired about it, the staff simply argued that it was as good as it gets, leaving us with no alternative but to accept it or seek lodging elsewhere.

Google doesn't have 0 or - (minus) rating option otherwise I would have given those ratings. One of the worst stay on our entire Karnataka's trip. We are coming from coorg and almost tired and exhausted so immediately coming from palace we booked this hotel , it has nothing positive points to provide, because hospitality is worst TV is not working bathrooms are dirty and whole room is filled with cockroaches everywhere. Intercom is not working even if you call landline there is no response. Please don't go to this hotel especially you have kids. @ agoda, please remove this dirty hotel from your list otherwise you will loose your credibility.

Please don't be fooled by this pictures as the real experience will be awfully bad. Poorly maintained rooms including bathroom, no power back , untrained and unprofessional staffs and most importantly the address mentioned on the website is for the budget category hotel not the premium one so it will take you to a different location. I wonder how popular portal like Agoda have listed this property.

Never book rooms here. Such a waste hotel. Don't even have the basic items. Everything is damaged including the tap, light, flush. Don't even have a parking space. The management is not at all responding to our queries. Such a horrible place to stay. Never choose this hotel

What a horrible place!! It was the worst stay I have ever had. The whole hotel is stenching of piss. The bedsheets are stained. Had to go and ask for basic necessities like towels and soap.. if I had to write what not to do at mysore - never book a room here. Did I mention there was only one tubelight and no other light was working?

One of the worst Hotel in MYSORE and if there is an option for negative stars, I shall opt. Don't go by photos which is showed in Agoda or whatever, next AC won't work , lots and lots of cockroaches and washrooms are so bad..if you are visiting with family or single or friends ..rule this out from your list...that water you use in washroom are not connected to drainage..it would pass thru from the floor.

It was the worst experience that I had in any of the hotels. Starting from the check-in to check-out, I had to face a lot of issues. I had to wait 1:10 hrs, just to check in to the hotel. When verifying the rooms, the rooms were in pathetic situation. Washroom, rooms all were sort of 3rd class hotel. We checked in as we had no other choice at that moment and at midnight(10:30 pm), the ACs stopped working and to a surprise, there were no ceiling fans in the hotel. When we tried looking for the caretaker, no one was at the desk and the caretaker was not receiving our call as well. Meanwhile i tried to get some support from Agoda but suddenly around 12 am he came back and he heard me talking to Agoda team and he asked us to vacate the property. After explaining him, that this is the worst service he can provide some, he said that if you want to stay, then we can provide you a table fan for the night. Someone we slept and vacated the property at 9 am itself. It was the worst night. I request everyone please do not book this hotel at any cost. Please do not.

Even though the staff and service was good but the hotel is not maintained properly. Room was a little stinky. The best part is it's location. Almost all the tourist attractions are at a walkable distance from here.
