Beautiful experience. Centrally located. Food was good too. However, the flavor wasn't consistent in 2 plates of the same dish. The only thing is as a state government hotel, the people working there hardly smile except for the madam in reception who was extremely helpful in guiding me on what to see in mysore.

It's near Mysore Railway station and located in an area mostly surrounded by government buildings. No general stores or small shops nearby (just a cigarette shop) but if you plan it properly it is not a big deal. Rooms are ok . Parking is good.

I myself had to react with a four star because of a few reasons, except for that everything was fine. The reasons can be enlisted by the following: 1. The commodities available in-room are completely upto the hotel authorities. Some essentials like a freezer and other bath equipments were not available in our room. So it is essential for people visiting for the first time to please check the availability of these things beforehand, and plea the management to show you the room at the same time of check-in. 2. The restaurant is quite well maintained by the staffs, but still are there few things to be taken into consideration while rating them 4 out of 5. There are occasional delays, compromised pieces of food (like chicken), and, if not understood Kannada, some not-understood explanation. I might have gone wrong somewhere or have missed a few things. But overall experience was 4.5/5. Like the place, it's location, everything was above average .

Location is very good.walkable distance from the railway station . The heritage ac rooms are very small and congested . Wardrobes are inside the bathroom .the rooms in the adjacent hotel are lot better.thw service in the in-house restaurant is not very great .food is average .it's mainly and bar and restaurant . Better options available in mysore in similar budget .

Very good location, walking distance from Mysuru Railway Station. Nice place to stay. Inside restaurant is very good. Food quality is also very good, but not all food are available. Ask before you order. Rooms are big, well cleaned. If you are planning for holiday tour in Mysuru this is one of the best place to go.

Very good place to stay with family and friends. Very good ambience with clean and spacious rooms and obedient staff. Food in their restaurant is very tasty and available at reasonable prices. They have room facility as well and bar facility as well.
