Good hotel to stay in Hampi. Rooms are spacious but could have been better maintained. The cafeteria behaviour is best described as rude. Room service is not proper. TV in room didn't work despite follow-up. I would recommend staying here for its location only.

It is owned by govt tourism. The reception people are very friendly. The rooms are comparatively smaller. If you have small children, better look for a spacious place. The prices are reasonable. The attached restaurant is not up to the mark, and the food is not very tasty. The boys who served the food said that it is run by another contractor. Whatever maybe, the place is in the city centre. That is the advantage. There is ample open ground parking in front of the building. Nice place to relax. But tolerate the service

Tardy service from staff. Quality of food ordered from menu in the restaurant was good quality. The breakfast buffet was adequate with eggs made to order, rest vegetarian. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, it was average, large rooms, that's it. Plenty of parking. Fast WiFi.

Worst place to stay in hospet. Everything is filthy, right from food, rooms, employees, behaviour, hygiene. Insects , bugs, and cockroaches in room that will bite you when you sleep on the bed Giving 2 stars because of location and the built. There is also no cancellation policy, once booked for X days, its gone. They will take away all the money. When they give you tea , they ask for money at 1 hand and will give you tea on another. Worse than a roadside stall

Rooms were clean. Preferably keep the door shut because there were a lot of bugs and insects The location of this place was in the proximity to all major sites of Hampi The greenery here was just awesome There are lawns to play in , so this place is best suited for family and kids But we also came across a snake , so better be careful! There was no proper room service Even though we called the reception twice they didn't process our request The mobile network is pretty weak here, but you get their free wifi which was strong. Overall we had a nice stay here and would've been better with good room service .

Worst experience I ever faced in this hotel. Badly maintained rooms with broken doors, bad receptionists, they should be sent to private hotels and taught how to treat customers. The only good thing is that the location is close to all the tourist spots in Hampi and the hotel environment is good. The restaurant is understaffed, food quality is also average.

Buffet breakfast too good. It was tasty and very filling Surrounding of the hotel is also good A homely feeling. For a historical place like hampi ,suitable stay

The hotel is located centrally so that all tourist spots are accessible easily. The rooms are clean, AC is functional, Mysore sandal soap is provided complementary in bathroom. There is ample space for parking and the property is huge. The food provided is good. Altogether a good experience. 5 Stars !!
