The best option for food and stay around this place. It is situated at a distance of 1.5km from falls, that means you are away from the crowd when you visit this place. Nice view from hotel. Ample free space for parking. Good food with decent pricing. We had booked lunch for 110 people during our office outing. Hotel team prepared nice food and served on time.
Posting this review while having lunch in this hotels restaurant. For a Sunday afternoon there is absolutely no crowd and the food is terrible. Food served was stale. Would not recommend anyone to visit this place for lunch.
Mayura Kstdc at Barachukki is a perfect getaway from bangalore for a peaceful rejuvenation. Location was very nice, with clean rooms, lobby and dinning area. All rooms have a beautiful balcony to gaze endlessly the countryside. Though we went in pre-monsoon season we were not unsatisfied ;the weather and even the sight of sleek falls were lovely. Only one draw back is that, most of menu items were not available. Quality of available food was very good. Don't forget to enjoy the Tappa ride on kaveri River beach. Neat, spacious and clean hotel, peaceful and serene location. Accesible roads. views from the room were awesome.

Hotel Mayura...surrounded by nature gives immense pleasure while having food. Also they are reasonable in food price. Prepares and serve fresh food.But waiting period they can reduce. Less people and comfortable place. A very good place for staying
This place featured as a last LAST minute option. Being a KSTDC property, do not have much expectations. Rooms are okayish for one night. Food is terrible. Location is awesome. Walking distance to Bharachukki falls as well as boating points. It's forest, fields and river all around. Monsoon season would be even more majestic.
