Good rooms, super staff and good ocations for family and realtions
When I was visite before COVID-19 that time the rooms , the service,the food are excellent ,but after COVID when he start the hotels and marriage function the service n the food is not good , i am not happy with all these
I stayed there i during some conference and it was a damp dark place. Cleanliness was an issue. Staff was humble and cooperative . The room had a tea tray and electric kettle but the cable of kettle was so small that it was impossible to plug in that kettle and make tea/ coffee. Its a budget hotel , if somebody needs to stay in transit or just to use for bath and lavatory then its the place for that.
Not a good experience. I reached little early and I was denied early checking even though rooms were available. Staff demanded 1000 Rs extra for early checking. No hospitality or customer satisfaction is their priority.
I personally rate 5+ for this Hotel, Food is awesome but the whole staff especially waiters are really badly behaved. they consciously see you and watch your activity like what you doing with your friends and family. we went there for enjoyed sharing memories, but they all time watching us and we feel sometimes obvious so I suggest to management do their best against them. thanks

Room are good though very basic and beds are quite average and small. Food is delicious, I tried there Chole Bhature and cold coffee.
