Awesome Experience ... The rooms are quite good and clean!! The owner's behaviour is polite. If you are coming to mathura and searching for a hotel .... Without any doubt book it. Great Value with affordable price.

Hotel Stay was OK. However hotel has no family rooms. Only Double occupancy per room. Room is spacious but service not upto the mark. We did inform hotel prior about keeping rooms available around 9 am since we would be proceeding for Gokul the same day as normally in GOKUL / MATHURA all temples shut by 12 noon & reopen by 4 pm again hence we had to freshen ourself & run for Darshan but Rooms wasn't ready for check in and lots of Fixtures & Fitting issue. However the inhouse restaurant serves delicious food on time & in room as well. The owner is helpful after addressing issues. Overall it was well spent in Hotel..

Rooms and service were good but the biggest challenge was location. This is far off from the main city with very limited availability of Rickshaws or cabs. If you dont have your own vehicle, then it will be really hard. Food was great. Can stay with family as its residential colony (Cantonment area)

Cooperative staffs, excellent food quality and quantity, polite nature of all, excellent gym, lift facility. We two ladies went. It was so nice and safe stay. Owner sent car to station to pick up and everytime we needed. 24 hours. A. C. All over it was memorable. We will recommend.

I have booked this hotel in advance received confirmation, when i arrived the room 101was getting cleaned at 9pm. Seems the second room was already cleaned. At 10.30 pm, the room no. 102 lights weren't working they suggested use the next room to go to the toilet. I was fuming how could they suggest this. The staff on duty tried to fix the lights. When I was getting into bed, the bed was dirty and smelled. They offered us the same bedding used by pervious customers, I would strongly recommend that do not book this hotel for stay. The reviews may be written by family and friends. I am not Indian residence so have no interest giving a bad reviews. Very bad experience.

The room was clean and nice. Amazing view from window. Tasty foods like I had order an Aloo Paratha along with Tea, the taste was amazing and stomach filling serving. Geyser was also available for hot bath and in working conditions. But the hotels was away from local necessity market approx. 1 km.

I had a pleasant stay in the hotel for one day and two nights. The room was clean and spacious. Exterior of the hotel looked superb. The staff was decent. Now the small things which they should work upon are 1. They gave only soap in toileterie. Most of the hotels even the 3 stars one give toothbrush +paste+shampoo. These are like basics which in my opinion should have been given. 2. There was a kettle and two glasses but it would have been better if two water bottles were provided too. Again, it's common to provide one or two tea and milk sachets for the tea. 3. Please do provide complimentary breakfast even if you put two items on the menu These were some basic things which a tourist expect. But overall I had a peaceful time there. I would definitely recommend it to fellow passengers or pilgrims.

Although location of this hotel can make you work hard to get a auto or cab ,but there pick and drop dacility from hotel is good and alon with the lip smacking food they serve you both to your room and at the terrace dining restraunt. Rooms are spec tidy and lavish with all facilities one can dream off.Really worthy of a stay specially for couples and unmarried dating couples.Please do visit this hotel.
