The rooms are very aesthetic and super clean! The staff is friendly and helpful. Thee staff could be more professional but nonetheless less the place is amazing to chill when you want to explore the city and and need a premium place to stay rather than 3 star hotel

As I am an amputee and need to use a walker, it was difficult for me to get around. Staffs there were generous and helpful during my stay there. The hotel isn't wheelchair accessible but I survived with help.

The best hotel to stay in Delhi, it was very clean, staffs are very helpful, kind and friendly! Always attend to us if we ever needed.. Love the interior and we enjoyed our stay with your delicious meals !

I had booking in this hotel firt which the room they gave me was very small , even you can't walk, and mr khan was very rude , he was almist shouting on us , i was with my mother we both felt very much uncomfortable , it was a nightmare staying at hotel mayur , i would suggest if you are couole then only go thier as they were asking us to check oug same day , so that they can give that room to some other couple , its more couple friendly hotel family and other people shoukd avoid this hotel as when we check in we found only low class unmarried couples were at reception , food was pathetic and service was very slow

Mr. Khan, the so called owner who actually is the manager but calls himself the owner is extremely rude. Never stay in this place. That receptionist anas is equally rude too. They shout on their customers and anas justifies saying that Mr. Khan can shout as he's justified in asserting his 'power'. Anas on asking me to make me talk to the owner lied that Mr. Khan is the owner while he is just a GM. Terrible customer service. I am actually feeling unsafe!

Staff was friendly and service was prompt. But I still think some services could have been better. The handle of the door to the balcony was broken. The knob of the faucet was broken too and needed to be inclined at a specific angle so as to not let it come off. The toiletries were not changed from the previous occupants and the shower had no door leading to flooding of the bathroom floor when you took a shower. Room change wasn't possible as well.

This place is an absolute no-brainer. Staff greet you with a smile and polite, helpful behaviour. Food is good, can order from outside too. The rooms and interiors are top-notch, very relaxing and clean. Good balcony and accessible location. Management were helpful with details and proactive. Rates might be pricey for most people, but it is worth the experience and the comfort.

This place is a no brainer for any trips, be it business or leisure. The staff is amazing, will always greet you with a smile. The rooms are posh and each of them have a balcony with an amazing view. The food in the restaurant is good too, however, if you want to order from outside, the hotel staff will deliver your food to your room. I had to leave in a hurry, hence I could not attach any images , but trust me on this, this place is amazing.
