Hotel Mayur - Restaurant in Chapra - Saran, India

The ambiance of the restaurant is pleasant, and the staff, who were welcoming and attentive, provide excellent service, which was evident in how quickly my order was served. I ordered the Paneer Butter Masala and Tandoori Roti, and the taste of the food was fantastic. The Tandoori Roti was fresh and hot, and the gravy had the right balance of spices and creaminess. The combination of fast service and great food makes it an excellent option. Bit expensive Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Mayur to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. Highly Recommended

Good hotel in city like Chapra but bit expensive. Rooms are good but mattresses have become too soft. Need replacement. Hotel has ample open parking space.

Horrible experience. The place is full of mosquitoes (see photo). And the service is horrible. The staff doesn't respond, it's practically impossible to place an order from in room dining. Room service unprofessional, doesn't do anything. Mo towels in the place. Smells horribly because of a large rotting water pit right next to it.

Wonderful experience best in the town and located in the heart of the city.

Worst experience.... Food is of no quality.. Kadhai Paneer taste is like stale. The most shocking part is that they have taken 4618 rupees from me and provided the bill of 4471 rupees. When I asked that why they have given the bill of 4471 rs instead of 4618 rs then they started arguing with me.
