Average services. Charges aren't reasonable in accordance with service. There are two types of room available AC and Non AC, they are more responsive to the guest who've booked AC room. Non AC rooms are not nicely managed. Torn roof, Damp wall, Television are only for attract customers it doesn't even get switch on. Staffs are good at their work but because of load of guests in AC room they sometimes aren't more responsive to Non AC room's guest. Drinking water facility isn't nice. Spacious gallery but stair isn't good and it's very tiring to reach even second floor. In terms of hygiene it's great. There are a restaurant inside it placed on first floor besides the reception named Sujata restaurant, that's nice great quality of cuisine available here but the cost isn't reasonable. Well it's nice to have stay and meal under one roof. Not extremely satisfactory but satisfactory services.

Few kilometres from Patna junction station. Located near market place. Quite crowded outside. Rooms are good but small.

It was a good choise to stay in this hotel and we are happy that manager and workers understood all our needs and gave us the best room amd good service, so our stay was totally comfortable. Room was clean (but not really fresh btw), geyser working proper, bed is soft and bedsheets were clean. Nobody disturbed us. Wifi working proper. Breakfast was also very fine and they brouhgt it as soon as we asked! Also we liked that you can always call receptionist from your mobile phone and get what you need. All workers were very helpful, and I wish the only improvement - workers almost don't speak English and that causes some difficulties for us as foreigners. For the rest - I wish that all rooms in this hotel will be same good as our one and that service will be only increasing! Good luck!

location was very good and service was excellent . room was spacious,but room shold be renewate ans decorate also. bathroom should be also renewate.bathroom was good for gents but not suaitable for ladies. This hotel has very good room but my room was normal and old and also not suitable for couple. but 4 non AC room also in second floor that should be good and suaitable for couple. hotel have no lift so this was major problem.because my room was third flor. but locataion and service was excellent.

Room condition was very bad ..... Very ugly room looks like and staff also charge 200 for their commission... Food was not so much good so I ordered online from Zomato lastly... Room temperature was very hot and the conditions of bathroom ,tv ,bed,etc...... Was very bad in condition i didn't recommend for any one

I stayed in a non AC Indian style bathroom room. The room was clean enough and there was hot water. Good quality for the money I have paid. Very basic room and service, book first floor room if you need more. I felt safe and was satisfied.

Check in @ 1:30 pm... First question was makes us awkward when they questioned regarding local ids? .. Where I have to show them the condition mentioned . Then they agreed... After that we went on room.. Where the condition of the room literally cost maximum 500...where I paid ......room is so smelly... Like never opened long back... Tv channel are not recharged... Ac.. Is like always went off after every 10 mins.. No sufficient light.. Full of dust.. Which can be easily seen in pictures. questioning about i.d. surroundings and lobby are very noisy...no any kind of privacy.very cheap in conditions and policies.

The USP of the place is it's location as it is situated right at Dak bunglow chouraha. It's an old building and not so well maintained however it is spacious. The biggest problem is there is no parking space available not even for a bike. Good if u don't need parking space and if u r really looking for privacy, this place is recommended. Price is 600 to 800 as per room size.
