Perfect place for vacation with friends and family with maximum proximity to nature yet not far away from the downtown.
Quiet ambience, courteous staffs, great service, super maintenance n awesome food makes Mayfair Darjeeling a perfect holiday destination.
Staffs are very very helpful, location was excellent, food was ok compare to Gangtok Mayfair. In the beginning we had to argue about the rooms they allocated( was downstairs, dark and very dirty) but after some time they offered us the best room possible(102,104 best view from these rooms) So overall service was fantastic specially from kitchen department, thank you so much to Bhupen( kitchen manager) he was so helpful.
Thank you all to made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable.
Kalimpong Mayfair was completely opposite.
Hotel May Fair, 6 Gandhi road not the heritage hotel with same name. Rooms shabby with damp walls and a foul smell, hot water not available at times of need. Water not coming through some taps of bathroom.Room cleaning service poor. Bed sheets, pillow covers, blankets everything so untidy and unhygienic. Very very bad experience. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is near Keventers on M G Road. Location wise good but for kids and old age people this hotel is not a good option. The straight stairs are dangerous and dirty. The foods were horrible, not up to the mark. No food options available. But stuffs are really very good. Hotel rooms are so so. Regular house cleaning option not available.

I enjoyed the stay. Very Homely environment. We were welcome like their own family members. Rooms were luxurious neat and clean with all the animities. Staff were very cordial and ever alert for our needs. Good was excellent and delicious.
