Attended a marriage function at the Karuna Mahal here. The well maintained stage and hall with fully air conditioned, has a dining section at the ground floor. Also has a super parking space in the front.

Location is very good. In a middle of everything. People are so polite and very responsible. Their behaviour towards their customers was nice. Rooms are nice. Some are old some are new. I was in a old room felt nice. Ac rooms available

Very clean room, we got exceptional and welcoming service from the front desk staff and from the housekeeping staff. Stayed in a non A/c room which was very very clean. Got a good night's sleep.

We had a Chance to visit geethanjali restaurant for lunch, but the hospitality we got from Mayas not even compare to the Roatels. No one is bothered to come and clean as well as take orders. After all that a female staff of cleaning section came and took our order and finally it wasn't available after 10 minutes.. Not Even water served. They give preference only for banquet events during Muhurtham dates, it was stated by one of the staff.. Never and ever plan a visit to Mayas, especially with elders of family.. Worst and bad hospitality. Once upon a time it was landmark by now it's very very worst in terms hospitality and service.. If you can't able to serve, do let us know while we are entering.. Highlight is one of the male staff shouting at the female staff who took our order for attended us...

Disappointing. They say you have a complimentary breakfast and then hand you the bill next morning and straight out say they never said about breakfast. They charge 2800 and it's soo not worth it. There's no responsibile person. They have employed teens. Such a shame. Never going back there.

We are regular customers to your hotel and have enjoyed your hospitality on many occasions. We checked in 24.6.2023 and checked out the next day. This occasion the WC was not properly sanitized. The rooms as usual are spacious and good and very clean. Until 2 or 3 years ago the complimentary breakfast was served in a hall in the basement and was super good. Of late they have started to serve the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant itself. Nothing wrong with that but the attitude of the waiters (maybe under the instructions of the management) is annoying. Since the breakfast is complimentary they think they are supplying for free and for charity. At 8.30 we ordered for idlis. Immediate answer was idlis are exhausted. Then we asked to onion uthappa. Immediate answer is "Not for complimentary breakfast". Finally we settled for Pongal Vada. The Vada seems to have been prepared separately for complimentary breakfast. It was small and out of shape. Disgusting. We we served only Sambar. We had to ask for chutney and that too he gave only a very small quantity of coconut chutney.Hardly 2 spoons. One more chutney was being served to other customers which he never gave us. Disappointing. The dosas we ordered were purposely unduly delayed. We didn't expect this from a Hotel which we held in high esteem. If the hotel cannot afford to give complimentary Breakfast, please stop it. We did not expect this from a reputed hotel. Please stop giving complimentary breakfast with Immediate effect and avoid embarrassment to Guests.

The rooms are well maintained. Good vegetarian food available. Lift and hot water facilities available in the air conditioning room. Everyday newspapers will be delivered to room. ok

The toilets were dirty and the wifi in the room that we were assigned did not work at all. We had to request for an alternative room which inconvenienced us. The wifi connectivity was very very weak even after we shifted rooms. The lift was under maintenance and there were only female cleaners available to carry our luggage 3 floors down!! I'd not recommend this hotel to anyone.
