Room was full of cockroaches and the condition of the bathroom was pathetic with a broken mug, dirty bucket and exhaust fan not working. (we stayed in room no 304) We stayed for about 6 hours during our transit in Delhi airport. The only good part was the free drop facility to airport. Room service prices are exorbitantly high compared to the quality of food. I will not recommend this hotel.
Rooms are good but have lots of cockroaches Washroom taps are not good. Geyser is there. Service wise is good. They will help you in carrying the luggage on the stairs . Will respond whenever you call them. Just for airport stat you can choose this hotel.
Neat and clean room and bathroom. If you're traveling on a motorcycle this hotel has an underground parking with secure and safe.
one of the best hotels I have stayed at till date and that too at a reasonable price (got good discount). we were 3 women on a trip. the room was very spacious and clean, neatly organised and had everything for a comfortable stay - ac, comfy bed, table, chair, TV, dustbins, wardrobe, hangers. the bathroom was also spacious and clean. the staff was very co operative and we got good service. the location is also good as it is close to the airport and metro station. we had a great stay. thank you! the staff was friendly, respectful and co-operative. at one call, room service was instantly available.
Overall experience is good. We get cabs here if we want to go site seeing , The rooms are well organised, and also food ( chosen from menu) delivery in the room. However, the bathroom is not very clean, and the service is a bit slow. But it's worth the price for a short trip.
I think despite many bad comments i can say one thing you get what you paid. So for this price i think its good and worth stay. The boys so helpful, many food nearby and visitors allowed thats something good things about this hotel. Well, if they read one thing to improve is cleaning part.. see you again next time
Value for money. We stayed for 6 hours in transit to catch a flight. Staff very helpful and cost was only 700 for 6 hours. Basic amenities exists. Suitable for shirt stays and transit stays
