Hotel rooms including bathrooms, chairs and bedsheets are very dirty, got them changed 3 times but didnt get a clean one. They demand for full payment before checking in. The hotel staff was as rude as one could find for such a professional hotel as they seem to be, which they are not at all. Lobby lights are switched off totally after 11:00pm, not even a dim nightlight is switched on. Never recommended.! please do not go on the what they say at reception.
Worst experience ever...they mentioned five star amenities.. they didn't gave even towel / soap... We stayed in private cottage. It cost 10000 for one night... We had better service in other hotel cost 2000 a night than this... There is no lock at bathroom door. Flush is not working properly... Mice in our room...
Its ZERO maintained Hotel in Abu. They charge rooms at 8000 to 12000 per night but they don't have basic amenities. Even the bathrooms are not cleaned. The mattress has the smell of Urine. So BAD. Hotel staff have no courtesy to behave and if you complain about facilities then they will offer you money and say find another hotel. This is not Family Stays hotel too. They gives room to any bachelor and groups. Do you think you should stay in such a hotel?

Flush is not working properly and it's floating. Air conditioner not working properly. When I call for room service they yelling on us. Very very poor service and rude behaviour I wish I can give 0 star. Never recommend this hotel to anyone.
I recently stayed this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the rooms and overall service were satisfactory, the hotel's dining options left much to be desired. During my stay, I ordered khichdi, which is traditionally a wholesome and comforting dish. Unfortunately, the dish I received seemed to be a combination of rice and readymade dal fry, which was quite disappointing. The overall quality and taste of the food did not meet my expectations. The rooms, on the other hand, were decent, and the service was acceptable. However, considering the entire experience, I feel that the hotel did not quite live up to its potential. I hope they will take this feedback into account and improve their dining offerings to better cater to guests' needs in the future.

1 star for it's current manager..He is so agressive. And other think is good. So i think this hotel manger take some traning for customer handling. I know some customer is not good but he have not knowlege of how to handel a customer
