This is nice place to accommodate when you come to delhi. Thisnis very close to metro station and very peaceful too.

Decent hotel for small stay for business trip..food was outsourced.key advantage is its location in Karol bagh and availability of car parking.
It was a bad stay experience with this hotel. They started creating problems, as soon we we entered in the hotel. We were tired of search, so we decided to take this one and close the search. And we did. Asked them 5 times to change the linen and pillow covers, quilt as they were used and too dirty to use, it took them 45 mins in argument and still they could manage to get all these replacements from the next room. On this, they siad, you want a 5 star service. There was no intercom in the room. We were two ppl and they gave us one shampoo and one soap to use.There was no toilet tissue, no toileteries. Please carry yours. And somehow we managed to spend the night there. On checkout and 11:45 they switched off the AC and didn't give us an invoice too. We felt so unsafe, that we had to lock our room the entire time. The morning shift manager was one of the worst manager who carried a lot of ego. Worst experience!! Enter at your own risk!! P.S. - And yes, there was no mobile network.
It was an horrible experience with this hotel. I advise everyone not to book rooms with this hotel. There were cockroach near bed , also they provide dirty untidy bathroom without soap. we had to wait for more than a hour after giving order for food which was also tasteless. Its just a waste of time and money as well. Even they had extra charges which for every thing. Please don't choose this hotel to spoil your trip and mood.

Poor room service waiter talked in a very rude way. Room is not cleaned. I feel very uncomfortable. Butter on chapati is bad make my abdominal stomach at all. The man name neeraj there is the only person who care about customer otherwise the man name jitender(waiter) had very bad nature i want him to through out.
We found this hotel on google map but wasn't sure about the facilities and all but I was totally wrong... they'll provide best service in budget,staff was kind,humble and helpful they are maintaining it very well, must visit!!!!
