It is in walking distance from railway station and it is budget friendly. The room and especially the washroom was very clean but small. We did not have food here so cannot comment about that. The services need to be improved. They charged extra 500 for early checkin even though rooms were empty. We stayed for two days but they did not cleaned our room after first day.
It was very very rudely behaviour by receptionist Firstly ,We called him for tv was not working but he didnt came after half n hour we called him again but he said he thought tv was started se he didn't came . Secondly ,It was heavily raining so we ordered food from zomato and told receptionist so bring it in our room in 1st floor but he denied straight he will not come to give parcel in room. Third ,we have check out at 10 am but he came in room n knocked at 9 am to check out. Worst hotel ever Receptionist was very very rude didnt liked hotel at hotel .request everyone not to visit there . I stayed there for just one night before moving to mahableshwar. Hotel is decent with reasonable price. All staff members are courteous and made us feel very comfortable. it is at the walking distance of local market and shopping market. We paid Rs5000 for two rooms accomodating 6 people.
