Worst hotel ever experienced, the hotel was not looking like hotel I don't know what to say but genuinely it was disgusting when i entered the hotel or check in at 11:45pm something hotel lobby light is off and 2-3 people are sleeping on the lobby sofa and seeing the situation is so horrible and one person was sleeping on the floor their staff is not looking like they are the staff member of hotel they are not well dressed and the MD is very bad and rude he using abusive language when I asked for refund because i am not able to get comfort in the hotel, the lift lights are also off it is was looking like scared things and the staff is also looking so horrible. MD name is Shiv Kumar he don't know how to talk to the customer and manage customers worst experience ever of my life and the Goibibo is also not helping me to get my refund

Hotel staff is really awesome, Rooms are really spacious. And read some reviews like hot water is not available all the time, but when I stay, hot water is running all the time(24*7) and there chef Shrikant is taken care of each and every thing how you like it and make accordingly to your taste. I can't recommend any other hotel better than Hotel Marygold in Agra and Taj Mahal is just on walking distance and they have a great parking.
Stayed here for 2 nights.The room is pretty big, spacious, clean and well sanatized. Overall hotel staff was helpful and polite, Specially Hotel Manager Mr. Shiv Kumar has taken care of each guest personally.
It's disgusting.... the condition of the hotel as well as the room is pathetic...will lime to give minus 5 stars if option was available. No option for breakfast even bread butter was not available in the morning for breakfast. Tea was served like a road aide stall... never again in life will stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.
