Pathetic & dirty Rooms with broken Wash basin handle and literally had to waste 2-3 buckets of water to get hot water....Just stay here at your own risk or else look for other alternatives.
Stay was good. The only problem that we faced and didn't like was the hot water facility. One has to shell out at least 10 buckets of water before we get a bit of warm water. Imagine how much of water is being wasted on daily basis at this hotel. Definitely, management need to look on this issue and focus on conserving water and reduce wastage. Please install some better/alternate facility for hot water.
The room allotted initially was a very tiny one, for some reason they upgraded me to a different room which was spacious , the only challenge was it was very close to the road and noisy. Another reason why it became a bit difficult was due to the timing of my visit, bang during the wedding season and the boisterous crowd gave me quite a sleepless night. There was a nice touch of care though , the hotel staff would call me to check whether i had taken my dinner or not as their kitchens were closing. Business experience was quite straightforward.

There was no hot water, TV has no channel subscriptions
The service was very poor. Blanket was not clean. Mug in the bathroom was broken. Even after regular calls to the reception they did not change the mug however blanket was changed after 2 days... They have many excuses for not doing the room service... Also, there is a glass between the wall of room & washroom which is half transparent. Also, the food was very spicy & they are not flexible to change it according to us. Pathetic stay.
The super deluxe room is small. I dont know how small the deluxe will be. Bathroom is small as well. The shower was not working. Even after many tries by the hotel staff, it was still not working. Room service is fast. Bed is big enough. Decent cleanliness. It can be last option. But if u can spend extra 500 get a better hotel.
Marwar Excelling is very well made, it is air-conditioning of good quality. the service is very good
