Hotel rooms are not maintained and not regular cleaning. No windows for ventilation in some rooms. On third floor rooms are like a lodge rooms. Room service are very pathetic. Manager were not look after for problems as he get payments. Plz never stay. In gallery only shows goody goody pic, not the reality.

They gave me an old room hitter that didn't work for 30 mins even,then the mechine started sparkling. after calling for 5 times they received and said I have hampered their sleep.
Next day while checking out they charged 300(full amount) for heater.
And that stuff lied about we called last night for complaining.
Horrible behavior.
I suggest do not stay there.
The least satisfactory hotel experience in our recent trip to the Himalayas was this hotel in Darjeeling. Location was both plus and minus but the property itself was shabby.
Dirty rooms, dingy hallways and uncourteous management all altogether made the stay very unpleasant. They would switch off the geysers at their own convenience without even informing the guests and behave unapologetically.
Once again we had opted for AP in the booking and the food was just about ok.
Absolutely worst hotel experience in my life. Their room service is very poor and their behaviour is also rude. It seems like they make favour on us.
Rooms are not good enough on basis of facilities, lights, telephone, geyser don't work well.
If you need anything they don't care and don't provide it in time.
Verdict- If you want to save your money then don't book a room here.
