I would have given 0 for service Though my booking was made online still the room wasn't ready. 1) No Towels it took an hour to provide 2) No soap 3) No TV connection repeatedly inform at front dek 4)No Landline repeatedly Informed front desk No action was taken
The worst kind of service provided by the hotel. Ac not working. Broken bath fitings in washroom even the exhaust fan doesn't work. Electric plugs in the rooms are not in working condition. The staffs are very unprofessional and rude in behaviour.
Wrost experience to stay in a hotel ever. Poor services, poor management, not maintaining hygiene. At the time of booking from Agoda , we selected 2 adults for me n my husband, there were some technical error because of that number of guests it was showing as 1, Agoda was accepting that issue , sent mail to hotel to modify no. Of guests, But hotel team are asking full room charges for another guest and not replying over Agoda's mail, such a insane people, shame on them
Extremely unprepared and unclean hotel. Definitely avoid especially if with family. Pretty much no services available. No lift, TVs don't work, bathroom unclean, rooms not well kept, there is no breakfast room, very small rooms, staff are unable to help with anything.
The rooms are fine, however there is almost no ventilation. It smells like smoking in every room. Incapable of staying with family.
I would give half star to the hotel. It is pathetic, unhygienic, Ac is not working, Tv is not working. Very bad service and staff. Breakfast was bad and stale. The room was smelling and dirty.
Very small suffocating rooms, you have to ask for everything be it water bottle, soap, and shampoo. The intercom was so dirty that I couldn't use it. Narrow starecase. Only the location where it is situated is good.
There is no space in the room to walk, very small room, the breakfast is so bad, they don't even provide the soap and shampoo when we ask them in return they have given this, very bad experience I ever had with this hotel.
