A bit expensive. But location and hospitality is amazing. The staff is really nice. Their restaurant also has good eating options and the food is really good. The breakfast buffet has a lot of good options. Overall we really liked staying here. I wish the view was a little better as it gets blocked by other nearby buildings. I would recommend trying for a room on the upper levels where the view might be better.
I think this is the worst property in which I hv ever stayed in. The staff is really rude and mean. Breakfast is just pathetic. Kindly take my advice and never book in this property.
Positives: 10 minutes walking to Mall main area. Car reaches the property all the way. Good buffet breakfast - south indian dishes on order. Feedback: Expensive (due to demand and supply) Shower area leaks to the wash basin area and thereafter the floor tiles become very slippery - be careful! Breakfast service to the room missing. Remember to bring own toothpaste - not available from the hotel.
Marina's location is something i felt not very good. Its at the end of mall road and far from the center of the mall road. You have the access to the car park their but walking to the center of mall road is time taking. Visiting in Shimla and not having charm of mall road then we have many hotel and resorts just a few kms with more facilities and they provide drop to the mall road. A good place to stay near to the famous Mall Road of Shimla. Nicely built with indoor parking facility. Easy to locate and staff was really very courteous. Good good at affordable prices. Room rent was also offered at very affordable prices with all required basic necessities. In waliking distance to almost all famous attractions.
Excellent location and close to the main street, friendly, pleasant and super professional staff. A very clean and well maintained hotel. There is a gym, spa and a lovely balcony upstairs. It is highly recommended!
