I never had such a bad experience in any place. The staff is so careless. They don't even listen to customers for any service. I just came through these comments of unsatisfied customers which is so true. They don't provide tea/coffee , reception call is never attended, nobody comes to clean up rooms. No food variety available in restaurant. Nobody on reception/call to take the order for food if you decide to have that 2-3 items available. The taps leak, the in room tea/coffee sachets are just 1-2 and don't get refilled coz again nobody attends the call. I don't know how this hotel has good rating. It should be the least rated. I don't suggest anyone to go here. People get one vacation to visit such places , these worst service hotel make those beautiful memories as bad as it can.
Worst property I have ever stayed in. Highlighting few negative points: 1. Geyser not working 2. No food options,they just have 1 or 2 options to chose from 3. In house parking is reserved for owner and guests have to park on the road 4. No mosquito repellent available 5. Staff never attend calls,you always have to walk upto reception for everything. Please don't visit this property at all

Though rooms are new but remains Noisy till mid night as their staff washes dishes at back side of rooms where window opens. Staff is not responsive in intercom. Cleanliness should be improved.
