Very nice and cooperative staff. Good location. Hygienic. Rooms are not very large but sufficient for 2people and very very clean. AC and other electronics in good shape. Food and hospitality service at par. Cheap and best for an AC room in patna.

Very worst hotel I have ever seen in my life it's not a hotel it's very bad place like dharmsala. Stafff always asking money for tip and all room service very bad and rooms are too bad mosquitoes in room and they have not any option for mosquito.seriously I hate this hotel .

I had a chance to stay here for 2 days when i had some official work, it was comfortable stay under thousand, staff are good, location is correct as per map, but not recommended for couple stay.

Hotel denied to provide prebooked (double-bed king-size) room and given single room which was very unfair.

I had a truly horrible and pathetic experience at this hotel right from the moment I entered the gate. Firstly, despite having a room booked for 2 person but he denied giving me a double bed and was giving me a single bed since I came alone although I have paid for two person. Then I was asked to give my aadhar card which I gave and since I was really tired of the long hectic journey of 20hrs i said fill the details on your own. The reception cum manager started yelling at me that what do you do and what are your qualifications, what you will do in your career and the exam for which you have come if you don't know how to fill the address. I didn't say anything as i was very tired just needed to sit down. After that the room I was given was completely differen. The shower handles were broken. Used and dirty blanket was given. The remote for AC wasn't given. When I said him to change my room he denied. I will never suggest anyone to book at this hotel and stay

The hotel manager was courteous enough to let me early check-in the morning at around 8:30 am without demanding any extra charge. The room they provided me had some pipeline issue and water was seeping from the floor at 2-3 places in the room. A plumber visited my room a couple of times to locate the fault, so I guess it must be rectified by now. Also no forcefully rating of the hotel during checkout.

Location excellent, Food and beverage tasty and on time. Sleep quality was good as the bedding etc comfortable. Room is big airy and full of Sunlight.

It's nicely located, there is an ample amount of restaurants and a budget canteen for food. Due to compact room size, you can't stay more than 2 days. One suggestion, kindly put one wall hanger for one room at least. Great Staff Very helpful Thanks.
