The food was OK. Over expensive for the catagory. They charged 5% GST on Cadbuary dairy milk chocolates even over the MRP. I don't know where to complain for that. And when i enquire they said we can charge anything.
Hotel is near bus stand . Only location of the hotel is good nothing else. Owner of the hotel committs false promises at the time of check in. Later on, at the time check out, levy additional comission charges. Room are average and infrastructure has not been changed after inception. Old furniture, dirty walls, no maintenance at all. Food was good. One can eat at this place. Not worthy of more than 500/- room rent. There are so many lounge/ hotels nearby with same price tag and better facility. Strictly avoid staying at this hotel. Not recommended at all!!!
Food is good. Well maintain service.
The food here was very tasty, I have never eaten this delicious food before. I enjoyed the paneer bhuji the most and with this the rooms were very clean and beautiful but here, there is a little problem with parking, everything else was fine, I was very happy to be near the bus stand.
Slowest Service ever . i recommend everyone to go any other place instead of this . the waiters are so bad they dont even response . i waited for an hour just to get my order . even the taste was not that good . Best service equals best rating . i wish there was 0star option . i dont even want to give it 1star .
The taste of shahi paneer is good but when i asked them to give us rice then they talked " ha vahi la le " then i got to know that he gave the rice that had been made almost 8 hr ago i.e. in the morning.

Food is good..fast service ..bit conjusted .. what I think is people come here to eat and leave as they just can't have that space....Joint big table won't be possible..like us we have to split ourselves..but must visit for quality dine.
It is a different matter of Hotel Raghu Ratan that all the staff here are very good with OTP numbers and customers. If you go here once and eat the food here then later you will be asked to go among the others. There is a lot of convenience in eating
