I stayed at this hotel twice and had totally opposite experiences for my stay. I first stayed here in March 2023 and the stay was absolutely comfortable. Got a room with the front side view. The room was clean but the bathroom was a little stinky (but manageable). The second time I stayed here during July 2023 and the entire experience was horrible. The lady at the checkin counter said they had no rooms even though I had a confirmed online booking. Similar case was with many other customers waiting at the reception. After about 30 mins of waiting, we did get a room towards the backside. This room seemed to be like staff quarter with garbage dumping area in the front. We requested for a better room but again got the same reply that they had no rooms. Poor experience, will not recommend this hotel.

We stayed here last night. We were coming from kishtwar and looking for a place just for the night - when I called the lady at reception said please come rooms are available and 5 people can be accommodated in 2 rooms without extra cost. But when we checked out this morning they charged extra for one bedding plus there was a lot of confusion regarding check out time. Overall we had a bad experience there and to make it worse the last at reception was very rude while explaining things. I am never going to stay in this property and the very purpose of writing this review is to alert people.
Location is good. hotel staff are nice. nearby market is also great. very affordable and genuine rate. food is also good. high speed wifi, hot water, AC, smart TV in room; all working properly. loved it.
I stay in this hotel for 1 night but my expirence was too bad specially in night...staff was not Co-operative No room service was provided after 11pm. Night Staff misbehave with customer Will not recommend this property to anyone
One of the best stay in Jammu Market Area. Rooms and bathrooms are tidy. Will definitely plan our next stay at Mansar.
It was good experience staff is also v good. I appreciate to every one bcs my child get sick at mid night 3 am I would specially like to tnx to security gard name sahib bhai to help me out nd take me to the hospital to buy medicine. nd v tnx to every one they care for her .Room r good powerfull ac service was good food is fresh nd over all it was v good tnq to everyone.
We had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were so professional. We had breakfast here.. the taste was good. And it is located very near to the market, raghunath temple and also gurudwara.
