Hotel Mannars Lodge - Lodge in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

This is one of the old hotel in Mysore, the reception manager is very good person, but the room boys are very worst, they behave like owners of the hotel. There is no intercom facility to contact reception but calling bell is there , it's of no use, because no one will come. Room boys are very very worst. Rooms are not cleaned, foot mats are black dust, first of all owner of the hotel replace room boys, If the mobile number of owner of the hotel is mentioned, probably they get 100 complaints. I am one of the old customer to this hotel, but now thinking to change . If same continues they may close soon.

Nice lodge to stay overnight.. rooms are good and tidy.. cleanness is maintained inside the premises.. staffs are polite and cooperative... location is good...rooms are responsible in price...

This review is for MTR lodge, Been here on 17th May'17. Hotel is Ok With all the essential things. Need to improve bed linen cleanliness. Smoking smell in the rooms and corridors irritated me as i was here with my kid. But we completely ignored it coze we left the hotel immediately after freshening up. Staircase is difficult for kids as my five year old slipped and fallen two times. Staff in the morning tried to cheat me, they asked me to pay 600(900 for full day) for a double bed room from 8 AM to 7 PM. I have paid 700 but to my surprise in the evening while vacating hotel staff refunded me 250 and charged the exact amount. the staff in the evening were different from the morning. Two stars for the staff.

Staying single or for some hours??? Its just OK. Not a one if you want luxury or comfort in a small package. Is clean but feels like off the business.

The most worst experience we ever had!We tried booking room from Mangalore and they said u may come directly n book here needn't worry!! My husband and I reached around 5-30 am n to our dismay the reception guy Venkatesh who ws deep asleep ,whom we hd to wake up wd continuous helpless knocks on d closed doors tried to shoo us away saying "no rooms!!".He dint even admit that the number which we had contacted was hotels official number!We dialed dat number which rang loudly beside him.He then said I don't know whom u called nobody was at the reception at the time that you claim!He and room boy who were sleeping at the entrance didn't even have the courtesy to talk to a customer!We din budge as it was early morning n we din know where to go!We finally had to search around and checked into Ganesh Palace ! This s how Mannar lodge treats it's prospective customer!!! Pathetic it doesn't even deserve a star!!!

No proper service, no staffs, rooms are not clean, no mineral water or filter water. Totally we are unsatisfied.

Very much suggested...nice lodge with 24/7 water facility very humble staff and very clean

Difficult to get parking area and staff are good maintainence are required some improvement
