A very nice hotel for staying in Murshidabad. It is just 5 min walking distance from Hazarduari. Here you can observe many rare types of trees. Surrounded with green .. just beside the bank of Bhagirathi River. They can also arrange Toto for surroundings tour and pick and drop at Station. There is no resturant.

Location is very nice..... Just behind the imambara. If you book this hotel, you have to arrange your food on your own, no restaurant facility is available here.... The rules are very strict for couples. The odd thing is if power cut occurs in day time you will not get any generator facility, generator is available only 6pm to 11pm....if the power cut occurs in night after 11pm....you will not get any help from the hotelier and you will find all the contact numbers are switched off... And you will be only one on that property....

Well behaved owner and staff. The service is verry good. Safe to stay with family.

The hotel is good for its location as it is on the bank of river Bhagirathi and just a two hundred metres away from Hazarduari Palace. So many rare varieties of plants are seen in the garden of this hotel.

We visited during the year end of 2022and we were a family of 5. Although our stay was for 2 days but the staff were not so polite till late night they were using the common TV in the reception. The rooms were not so clean, after repeated telling only the bathroom was cleaned in the down floor. For each double bed we were provided with 1 blanket no enough to cover up two peoples and when asked for extra they just ignored it. But the one advantage is that its situated at a walking distance from the 'Hazarduari' and also the main attraction of Mursidabad. The main market is near to this hotel and moreover you could get hold of and tour guide at a very minimal rate, we got our guide at Rs750. I personally think that the staffs need to improve their behaviour and the owner also needs to keep a check over it. One personal opinion if you are going by car thn please park it at the hotel and take the public transport for travelling caz the archaeological monuments are situated at places where u couldn't park cars or at places you don't get a parking lot better grab a 'toto' or go for a horse driven carts.

A very average room facility with ok-ish service from the staff. They do not have a restaurant but can cook anything you wish to have provided it is ordered well before time. They take only cash payments. The only good thing about this hotel is its view and location and it is the best option available in that area.

Very bad hotel. I stayed here for two days in this summer (March'22) with family and I have booked 3 rooms. I had booking for 3days but due to the bad things about the hotel we left the place in advanced. Here are list of bad experience about this hotel, 1. Bad and rude behaviour of hotel owner and stuff or care taker. They were asking for full payment in advance on arriving even when we made half of payment in advance. 2. We have asked for a bucket of hot water as there is no geyser in washrooms no AC in rooms and the room charges above 1200. Staffs are supplied hot water when the get fresh and that is after 2 hours of asking. 3. Booked for a larger room but we receive small rooms and room sizes actually not enough even for two people. So clumsy and fan are too small so that corner of the rooms are not getting enough air flow. 4. No Room cleaning facility available there. washrooms were too untidy and stuffs were not ready to clean it even after asking for multiple Times. 5. No Wardrobe there. Hardly manage one table and two chairs in room to keep luggages. 6. No restaurant available. you have to get food outside of the hotel and there is no dining space. They have asked us to take our lunch at a outside sitting area but there was no fan.. 7. One Sofa was there in the room but that too were untidy and tampered. 8. In washrooms the water outlets of basin was also broken and when we have asked for repairing it they just denied and replaced as in a bedroom. 9. No TV, No AC and No geyser at room 10. Room Conditions are too bad you can't even walk within your room. They have provided soaps and towels but that too were unclean. One word there is nothing good about this hotel.

The best part of the hotel is it's location and ambience. Surrounded by lush greenery and by the bank of river Bhagirathi made this place very relaxing and comfortable
