Hotel Mango - Hotel in Sawantwadi - Sindhudurg, India

The dining experience at this hotel was excellent. The food was well prepared, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant had a wide selection of dishes to choose from, including classic Italian and international cuisine. The atmosphere was comfortable and the restaurant was kept clean. Prices were reasonable and there were plenty of options for vegetarians and those with food allergies or dietary restrictions. Overall, the food and service were excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel for dining.

Staffs done know how to talk like a hotelier, especially their manager. T2 restaurant manager was talking so roughly with us. Restaurants here keep their AC off. If you ask them the reason they say that it's because there are less guests they can't keep the AC on for a few people. We came here for lunch at noon and we were asked to have our meal in this hot environment. Their manager told us that it's not him problem that there are less customers in the hotel whereas it should be his problem. Never recommending this hotel to anyone. If you can't understand the basics of hospitality, you can't work in this industry. Really disappointed!

Very poor room service,no hangers provided inspite of repeated request.Had requested additional pillows--2nos,not provided.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. Good place, the staff is very nice and polite. Liked their breakfast.

Located in heart of market... Nice room.. Well maintained.. Value for money for single day.. Ambience is ok... I hope you understand.. But maintained... Overall best.. Mango in mango state. Nice place

Very worst experience,very bad service and bad food quality ur paying for service and quality of food so u must deliver it,staff is inadequate for no of table they have staff don't have any idea about dishes they offer food is too spicy because of black pepper no salt on table

Make this your last option! Its a small town and the hotel is showing its age now! But the lack of attention and efforts given in maintaining the facility makes it worse. I made a mistake of not taking pictures, But the rooms have moss on the walls and lights make it dinghy. To make it worse we were served food that felt like its was cooked hours ago. We made the booking online which they didn't recognise and then charged us extra to get a better conditioned room. If you can reach any larger town give it a try.

This hotel is sweet as Alphonso mango. Stay here very nice sweet hotel.
