Service is really bad. We need to continuously follow up with them to get things done for services like getting tea, toiletries, blankets, etc. in the room.
It was a quite comfortable stay - located on the main highway itself - Satara Pune highway. Simple clean rooms with good food and service people was so friendly. Pet friendly.
Rooms are spacious and good, but not so clean. Bathrooms were not up to the mark. Location is away from NH.
The hotel is nicely located just next to Bangalore Pune Highway. We booked a non ac room and the fan speed regulator was broken and same was the issue with hand shower in toilet. We didn't bother to complaint as we just wanted to pass the night as we were travelling. They don't have food facilities i.e. they order from nearby and serve you nicely with all the required cutlery, expect delay in the order also. Overall and Ok stay.

Good hotel in Satara as you won't find many of good hotels but the disadvantage is you have to pay more /price are not competitive... Rooms are very spacious big enough to roam around with all basic amenities (TV - with working connections, AC, Geyser, clean bedsheets, towel, blankets - hygiene is good) also staff is very nice and polite... Bathroom is on smaller size but will do the purpose done... Rate will depand upon your bargaining skills from 2-2.5k (& for Non AC you will say 500 less)... They will provide you breakfast (including in rent), but food (dinner/lunch) rate is very high (they don't have kitchen /restro) will provide you parcel from outside...
Great rooms with balcony.. good food and good amenities for the price. It's a good place to stay if you are taking a hault with family. Family and kid friendly
