HOTEL MANAS - Hotel in Lonavala - Pune, India

Third Class Hotel, Electricity problems in all rooms, swimming pool water like gutter, AC automatic turned of after 10 min due to power overload, all the lights and fan turned off in One of our booked room. Manager was escaped from hotel, told us that will talk in morning, What kind of hospitality is this? I will not recommend to anyone, Pl. Stay away from this Hotel.

We were looking forward to a weekend break and it started on a wrong note as soon we saw the hotel... Nothing like what it looked on the Booking.com. The entrance was not even well lit and the staff shabbily dressed doing their own work not bothered about the waiting guests. The furniture in the room was old. The bathroom smelled of apparently it was the gas water heater. We stayed out of the hotel as much as we could all day. Next day morning, there was a group of 35 guests checking out and they were noisy as hell. No staff told them to keep their voices down. Come breakfast time. The free breakfast was only a plate of poha and 1 cup of tea. The upma we were told about was not even there. Very disappointed. Never again.

Manas name cant found outside. I think they have changed to the horizon. I was searching with location.Since proper display was not there very difficult to identify. They will try to charge you extra money . in my case 500 demanded as my family members are not added during booking. even though room has been allotted after seeing my booking. i didn't demand for any extra bed or cot. Swimming pool was not working. AC, Heater are OK. Except some fly room is ok. Blanket and bedroll are average. I have demanded for replacement as i felt itching. Immediately they replaced . Didn't go to restaurant so don't know about it. If you just to spend for sleeping, ok with staircase(no lift there) this is is good option. AC, Hot water, TV, neat bathroom and affordable price.

Please maintain the things like the way you are charging. People's are coming to enjoy the day not for compromising the things for which they are already paying. Please keep the things as you are describing in advertising. Day before yesterday I visited there with my family. The thing are found disappointing * Ceiling fan creating sound with false ceiling. * Bathroom and room locks not working * Earthworms in washroom * Dirty switch boards. I will suggest please check the slotted room before final payment.

The rooms are nice and cozy with clean bathrooms and the cost of staying is really reasonable (which is really important for me). The staff is really friendly and helpful. Located in Tungarli and is hardly a minute or two away from the main road (vehicle). Rooms also have bathtubs

Call hotel after booking is done. If u have paid less than rs2500 hotel will not allow check in. If u pay more they have no issues. If ur website gives u discount they have problem. The manager did not even greet us or talk to us. We waited in the lobby for nearly 2hrs and while leaving I asked him he said I was busy hence I forgot to talk to You.

I have booked the room in this hotel through oyo App.When i went to the hotel they said they don't have room for the amount which I booked.So much disappointed with this hotel and my suggestion is that don't book in this hotel and the behaviour of staff was also not acceptable .So please don't book through oyo and don't book in this hotel. The name of the hotel is also changed please see the photograph.Please don't book in this hotel they are waste and the owner was telling te amount is less so in that amount they don't have room then why oyo confirmed my booking .

First of all when we went with the booking of make my trip they said it's not confirmed because of less a out. Then after 2 hours they confirmed it. The room they provided were better than average because there plumbing was not good in bathroom.. Overall the room was good. Would rate a 3.5 out of 5
