Manas Continental proves to be a subpar choice within its price range. The uncomfortable mattresses, unresponsive service despite repeated calls, malfunctioning AC, improper water supply and water was also dirty, along with the presence of mosquitoes, reflect a disappointing experience. Additionally, there is a lack of proper provision of toiletries, further adding to the overall dissatisfaction.

This is the best place to stay here whenever you come to gorakhpur, because it is located in front of the railway station and the food is very tasty and the rooms are very spacious and clean. Room service is also very fast and good.

Rooms are neat and clean, food is also good. Variety of food items were there. Their room service is quick. It just they don't keep toothpaste and brush, so keep toothpaste as it is not available to the nearby chemist's also..

Even rooms are small but they are maintained properly. The staff is very good. Food is delicious. The breakfast has many varieties.walkable from railway station

Room was clean and managed. Service was also on time. One suggestion: Arrange Iron as it is basic need of any corporate guest.

Good property. Rooms are neat and clean with sufficient space. Location is good. Food is nice and tasty. Price of the food is on the higher side. They don't have parking as the vehicle are parked in front of the hotel which is limited in numbers max 4. Rest all fine. All staff are very well behaved and courteous. Will recommend to give it a try.

1)Hygiene is issue, 2)Reception need to be very sensitive. Request: Give more comforts to room boys also,they were sweting(pasina) like anything... Serve only fresh food... Don't force to customer to buy anything.

One of the rudest managers you would find anywhere. They seem to believe that they are the guardians of the Universe and the Indian laws does not apply to them. I encountered two of them. One was a rude Indian uncle with all the moral homily that comes with their kind; potbellied with receding hair line. Another one seemed more of a bouncer than manager of a hospitality unit and lying through his teeth. Certainly, none of them should ever exist in a hospitality industry. Both these managers I encountered seemed fit for Chinese concentration camps. The only pros is location of the hotel and cleanliness. But it's not worth it.
