Hotel Manali Palace - Hotel in Titwala - Thane, India

One of the best hotel in Manali in this price range. Staff is very helpful and special shout out to Vandana Ma'm who really goes out of the way to help the clients and makes sure that all the queries gets resolved with utmost satisfaction and professionalism. Will definitely stay there again in our next trip to manali.

Very bad experience in this hotel. They denied for check-in at 10.00am even after the Oyo app shows that the hotel allowed for early check-in. The manager is so rude. This people are money hungry. In my previous visit, I experienced lots of things like, Staff don't leave door till taking money from guest. They provided the remaining food of last night from their own hotel which is besides the Oyo rooms. Especially nonveg foods and paneer items. Whatever Oyo promises, you can't get all the things there like geyser, neat and clean rooms, linens and bathroom. TV is available in some rooms but having with irrelevant and very less channel pack. It's better not to visit such place. Go for better option than this.

Very bad service. Food is worst. They use same gravy for paneer masala & Butter chicken. Pathetic service. Quantity is too less. If you want to try good food. Go ahead 15min & Take left towards murbad road from goveli fata. There is chacha ka dhaba the best place to eat for heavy eaters as wel quality & price is good. Recommend you to avoid this hotel. thank you

1. The early check-in . 1 day before OYO only told me that they are not going to charge any early check-in between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and on the day of check-in they charged me 500 after speaking with the Oyo executive manager told me they do not have any room yet they are doing the cleaning it was difficult me wait outside I paid him 500 and within a few minutes OYO room allocated automatically (magic of money ). 2. After speaking with the OYO executive he said the information provided by Oyo was wrong only the information he is sharing with me is right as I already have spoken with more than 5 executives 3. there was lite fluctuation in the rooms every 30 minutes 4.1 guy was knocking every 30 minutes it was pathetic 5. telephone was not working 6. geyser was not working 7. washroom was smelling badly

Once I booked this hotel through oyo and paid online payment on oyo, so hotel owner/manager denied for check in midnight because they were asking for cash payment instead of online ,pathetic hotel and pathetic experience I ever experienced in my life Note:- Don't book rooms in Manali palace Titwala

Terrible experience... poor service and poor quality.The amenities that are mentioned are not there and despite advance booking and payment,the room was given a couple of hours late.

Best food in the town. Nice and fast service. Highly recommended

The hotel staff lacks professionalism. Infrastructure is also lacking. Everything is delayed be it service or paid for amenities and food orders
