Hotel Mamta Palace - Hotel in Mount Abu - Sirohi, India

This is one of the wrost experience we had at Mount Abu, do not book this hotel if you are with Family, mainly they give all old rooms and charging too high due to weekend and season it is. Rooms worth of Rs 1500. to Rs.1800. Max but for season they are charging 3 times. Service is third class of this hotel. Staff behaviour and taking too much rude. No gyzer in major rooms, no lifts, so not for senior citizens at all as there are many step steps to climb to hotel. All mainly goibibo reviews are fake for this hotel , we don't understand why they give 4.1 ratings to this hotel.

Not a great experience. Rooms are not that good. We had to change rooms 3 times due some issue or other (jammed door, tap broken, bad smell). Food is also not great. There are only 2 good things about this hotel:- 1. It is in a prime location. Many eateries, tourist attractions are nearby. 2. Staff is helpful. Choose this if you are looking for a value stay and want to save money on commute.

The budget rooms are not up to mark. Rooms are very small if you are comparing it with other budget stays. The location is perfect. Food and service is okay. If anyone is 70+ travelling with you please don't book this hotel as need to climb almost 30+ stairs.

Hotel location is good but overall its below average hotel, rooms weren't clean and smells bad, bedding was dirty even the dustbin weren't clean. Pathetic rooms. Pictures shown for room were different from reality.

We booked a Non AC deluxe room on 1.11. 2023 . The room was very small. The room condition was new but there were bedbugs in the room. That was disgusting. You have to climb stairs for appx for 2 floors for the hotel reception. The taste of water provided was not good.

Average experience Rooms were dampened and they couldn't do anything about it. They just sprayed room freshener and said its due to rainy weather. Location is near sunset point and nakki Lake and that's the only USP. Staff was good and food was also good. Rest it was an average experience

Experience was not okay at all, we made booking online were forced to except the rooms that were only available, Rooms available were without any ventilation and housekeeping were very bad in condition, Be cautious about your advance, be sure then part ur money here

I stayed at Hotel Mamta Palace just 3 days back. It was a nice experience. Room was neat n clean, staff were very polite & supportive, restaurant food was awesome & service was quick. The Best part was location, it is just 5 mins walking from Nakki Lake. Overall it is satisfactory & worth staying here.
