Found the Karavali style sea food served here to be the closest to authentic.
I enjoyed their unpolished boiled rice lunch with Anjal fry which was prepared using fresh coconut oil.
I found biryani to be a lot different to what we usually have in the interior regions.
The spiced buttermilk is very tasty and you need it to beat down the steaming heat of the Karavali region.
Overall, I loved this no-nonsense lunch home. Will definitely visit the place every time I alight at Sullia.
I have marked this place to visit frequently. During my recent visit to the hotel, on 21st March, I enjoyed their Koddai fish fry with that usual main course meal. Needless to say, I am happy with this visit too.

Tried their Kaandai fish fry with pundi and rice meal for dinner. Needless to say that I enjoyed this meal too.
In the following morning, I went there to have breakfast. They serve Appam, Neer Dosae, Buns, Semiya, and that maida porotta. I tried everything but porotta. The breakfast items were also very good.

Super variety of masala fish. A perfect foodie's lunch. Just off the highway to Mangalore
You will have one of best karavali meals here for sure, they serve food in banana leaf with love, food is yummy home made tase , if you are traveling on way sullia, this is highly recommended hotel.
PS: just always don't think about luxury hotels, a food make you remember home is always best choice.
