Very good rooms at good price, the receptionist was helpful and friendly. Cleanliness of rooms was also good. Tea was very good. While food was okayish. Recommended 100%

It's a budget friendly hotel. The nature of owner towards the customer is nice. You can try if you want to spend 10-12 hours. Hygiene can be slightly improved. Some of the rooms are quite inside so you won't be able to see any sunlight , be cautious while choosing room. They allow early check-in at 06:00 AM at Rs150 extra cost. Overall a good hotel.

Hotel is nearest to kankaria lake and riverfront location is good,behaviour and service of staff are also good. But hotel is not well maintained, you feel dirty, when we came after sightseeing cockroaches were on the bed, cleanliness is poor, also toilet condition is very poor, comode is not set detachable, very difficult to use, ceiling fan is working but either it will be on 5 speed or it will be off you can not adjust the fan speed. Disgusting. And although they are having another good rooms but the deny to give good rooms, they told us that we will give this room only if you want better room you have to give extra money..

Good. Rooms are clean and all necessary facilities available. In very low cost budget , it is worth of money. Staff is helpful and cooperative. Near by all facilities available. Only missing is , no restaurant inside. Rest is fine and can prefer
