Hotel Malik Residency - Hotel in Leh - Leh Ladakh, India

We didn't have a good experience at this hotel. At first, they made us wait for 2.5 hours to check in !! (we very clearly mentioned on call and messages multiple times that we would be checking in around 8 am to which he responded positively and said we dont have to worry) ! You cant deceive your customers like this after giving a positive confirmation over call !! The fellow (don't know his name,) who was managing the property was very arrogant and talked in the rudest way possible. We booked super deluxe room and were provided with an ordinary one having trees alongside window which was hindering the view of the mountains. The breakfast was ordinary, toiletries weren't there, their mattress will surely give you backache. You could get a much better room in a better hotel at the same price. A big NO !!

It's amazing experience. People are very honest at hotel. Their food is just amazing and can't compare to any hotel Leh. 24hrs water is available plus 7am to 10am hot water. Other hours solar is hot water is available. Book for 1 Day to experience and continue your stay. They provide Tours for sight seeing at very reasonable prices. Only one word is that you can trust them fully. Book stay and food on ala carte.

The Hotel is centrally located in Leh. The services provided was good and quick. The people from the hotel staff were very friendly. The rates offered by them are also affordable. They have their own restaurant where requested foods are available.

"Pleasent stay" We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel from June 23rd to 27th, 2022, and would like to provide a concise summary of our experience. First and foremost, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. SALIM, whose exceptional assistance throughout our stay was greatly appreciated. He was incredibly helpful and made our experience all the more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the excellent quality of the food. We relished the tasty and fresh meals, and we would like to extend our special thanks to the Chef, whose name unfortunately eludes us at the moment. The staff, overall, were good, but we did encounter a drawback: the need to contact the reception for various requests, resulting in occasional delays in receiving items in our room. Despite this, we genuinely enjoyed our time at the hotel and would love to visit again, with the delicious food being a significant factor in our decision. However, we must mention that the hotel could benefit from an increase in staff members. At times, we experienced lengthy wait times for certain services, which was a downside to an otherwise pleasant stay. In summary, the hotel's location is conveniently situated next to the main Leh market, within a 5-minute walking distance. It should be noted, though, that we found the bedding and towels to be unclean, which was disappointing.

1.Overall stay experience in Room No.204 Block B was nice...all the boys including Block B incharge Mr. Saleem deserve 5 stars for their cool behaviour with their customers 2.Rooms have basic amenities like bed with side tables ,chairs, table, tv, wooden racks with cloth hangers and warm water in bathroom. However, all the amenities shown under the hotel description are not present there. 3.Food is average but rates are high..may be due to Ladakh... being a remote area.Buffets are available for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with room service. 4.Bathroom door needs repairing as it is not properly aligned and remains slightly open from side after locking it from inside. 5. Travel helpdesk is also available.

We were looked after very well and were comfortable and safe. Aadil and Saleem went over and above to make our stay pleasant after we fell ill on arrival and had to be hospitalised overnight due to low oxygen levels. They looked after our transport, travel/trips, communication and medical. The food too in the hotel was really nice.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a tiring day of presentation in a work shop and sightseeing. The amenities provided in the room were excellent, including a flat-screen TV, and a tea/coffee maker. One of the highlights of my stay was the food at the hotel's restaurant. The in-house chefs prepared a wide variety of delicious dishes. The quality and presentation of the food were top-notch, and the staff made sure to cater to any dietary preferences or restrictions. The hotel also offers a range of additional facilities and services, such as a travel desk to assist with sightseeing arrangements. Furthermore, the hotel's commitment to sustainable practices was evident throughout my stay. They emphasized eco-friendly initiatives, such as energy-efficient lighting, water conservation, and waste management. It was refreshing to see a hotel that values environmental consciousness. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Malik Residency was nothing short of excellent. A very good hotel with clean rooms and great service. The food is excellent in the hotel. Rooms have great views and the accessibility to the Leh market makes it to be at a Great location. 4 manager and team were very cordial and helpful. Thanku..
