Food is average but place is so nice

You find close by masjid for prayer, i did Juma and people can have amazing kerala meals or Malabar biryani in this hotel.
Very bad customer service. Last day we have lunch there. But they provided very bad food, there is a long delay to deliver the food. And their is a hair in the rice . We asked the man about it. They haven't any replays and he billed the full amount.. very very bad services.
