Was here with my friends on Sunday afternoon for lunch. Was almost full. Place has roadside presuming available. Service was very slow. Had to wait for almost 30 mins before food was served. Take off the food just average but food is expensive. Location is not so early accessible for people staying near cyber city area.

I visited this restaurant yesterday and i promise you, this is what you want if you are looking for traditional, pure and hygienic south indian food. I know this review seems like a paid review but I'm doing this because I'm very satisfied and will visit this restaurant regularly because it is very economical as well. I personally thanked the owner for serving food so pure and tasty. Though the restaurant is not very fancy but has all the basic amenities. This is a one stop solution for all south Indian food cravings. Just don't think twice, go and experience yourself.

Ordered Erachi Curry, Parotta, and Chicken Biryani through Zomato. The taste was appetising but the pieces of chicken and mutton were of bad quality. The flesh was rubbery and the pieces were bony. Quantity of curry was less compared to price paid and the pieces were meagre.

Today I had the pleasure of dining here, an authentic Malabari food haven that left me enchanted and satisfied. For Malabari food cravings this could be the best place for you. Hotel Malabar stands out not just for its delectable Malabari cuisine but for delivering an immersive dining experience. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic taste of Malabar in a warm and inviting setting. I look forward to my next visit to savor more of the culinary treasures this restaurant has to offer.

From start to finish, my visit was marred by the arrogant staff, abysmal food quality, and outright shocking customer service. The moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was greeted by an air of superiority radiating from the staff. Their attitudes were one of complete indifference, as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to dine there. A simple request for a table seemed to irk them, further emphasizing their arrogance. Let's now discuss the haunt of unhygienic horrors that awaited in the kitchen. It appeared as though cleanliness was not a priority for the owner or the staff. The sight of old, grimy utensils and greasy surfaces made me question when was the last time a proper cleaning took place. It's mind-boggling how any restaurant can have a total disregard for basic hygiene standards. Now, onto the most distressing part of my experience: the food. It seemed like the kitchen purposefully sought out the lowest quality ingredients available. Every dish I ordered was tasteless, poorly cooked, and lacked any semblance of freshness. It was as if they were serving leftovers from previous days. I shudder to think about the potential health hazards lurking within the meals they served. As if all of this wasn't enough, the staff and the owner's unprofessional behavior hit rock bottom. I witnessed them constantly engaging in heated arguments with customers, not even attempting to address concerns or rectify mistakes. It was clear that customer satisfaction was the least of their worries. This blatant disregard for basic customer service norms left me dumbfounded. To conclude, my experience this place left me feeling disgusted, insulted, and utterly disappointed. An establishment that prides itself on arrogance, serves unsanitary food of deplorable quality, and chooses to quarrel with its patrons is not worth a single penny of your hard-earned money. Save yourself the distress and steer clear of this nightmarish restaurant at all costs.

One best place to get the south Indian foods, the real taste. Every South Indian should must try at least once. Especially the Kerala foods like appam and puttu is awesome.
