I recently had the pleasure of dining at Maitri Residency, and I must say that the experience was outstanding, particularly when it comes to the dishes they serve. Good Hotel, comfortable stay. Awesome food. I think the hotel management should train the staff more towards hospitality because for example Room service ask for tip before even cleaning the room. Thats their job and being paid for. Also, valet parking drivers. Like if a guest is there for more than 1 night they don't have to ask for tip on every in and out event. Act as a service providers not beggars.

Stayed at Suite room and ambience, environment, service, food taste are very good. The restaurant is multi cusine and combination of veg and non veg mostly north indian and Chinese. Less of South Indian meal. Complimentary breakfast of South Indian and taste is good. Recommended even family stay in floor5 where suite rooms are there.

Good property, Needs renovation work. Lavish complimentory breakfast compared to money they collected .

Food was average. Ordered Sambar Rice and was bad.Dal was not mashed and had chunks and couldn't even eat any.Kunda biryani was also average. Chicken fry appetiser was good though. Management is charging 15 rs for any left over parcel boxes which seem really petty for the cost of the food they serve. Men's rest room stinks with no hand wash available. Not planning to visit again after such experience.
