HOTEL MAHI - Hotel in Bhavnagar - Bhavnagar, India

Good Hotel with good room. But most important is staff. Man on billing is good but someone at night duty and early in the morning such a RUDE and unsupportive. He always chewing mouth full of pan masala and unable to answer us. If you will ask him for a bottle of water or something else he will tell you to do it yourself otherwise no water no service. And i don't know why but he always think that every passenger at their hotel is outsider and start talking RUDELY in Hindi even though he don't know how to speak Hindi. Their checkout time is 11:00 in the morning as i stayed there many times but they will start torturing you from 10:00 and tell you to checkout as soon as possible otherwise they will charge you double. I think lack of management, lack of Owner's management, lack of hospitality.

Fraud with me. On phone call rate given low and when I reached to the hotel rate going high. Rude behaviour. Pls don't go.

Staff n service is very good, room also good in reasonable price.
