Worst experience.
Food quality and services are very bad. Naan, Missi Roti, Laccha Paratha, Paneer was really too bad. I have visited so many restaurants but the quality of food in Hotel Mahindra Plaza was really bad.
I have visited for the party and thought I will get something good to eat but after eating single bite, I have realized that once I will be back to home then I will eat something good.
A very average or rather low quality hotel/plaza. Rooms are shaby, corridors are damp and dirty, low light and poor aeration. Staff is meagre and not well groomed for hotel work. Cleanliness is a big issue. Hotel management is a hell.
Need huge improvement.
Only positive is food standard and taste.
My worst stay ever, i given the keys for cleaning in morning, & in evening once returned my room was allotted to some other guest.
My belongings left in room was thrown below the bed & in bathroom. Some belongings found theft.
Pathetic, never ever imagined that such kind of thing can happen in hospitality industry.
Only building & reception is good in looking, food is directly injurious to health, paneer ordered which was unable to cut with knife equal to rubber.
Staff is always Ready to blame the guest for everything, not even sorry for wrong room allotment.
Recommend Not to stay or visit.
This hotel situated on circular road hardoi. Overall ambience is good. Food also tastes good but service have a space of improvement. Overall experience is good.
Worst hotel in hardoi. Bathroom leakeage ,lift not working, paiso ke bhooke, Zero service quality.
Rooms are dirty. AC not working. Hotel manager is arrogant. His staff did not provide towels, even hand wash in the rooms. At the time of leaving, he blamed us, we took towels from rooms and he charged 900 rupees for towels from us. I had a reception ceremony there, stage decoration was not good. There are so many spots and dust on sofa which was on stage.

But the owner must improve the service service part.
Food was average and their serving was very bad and don't pay without bill
