Disappointing Experience at Mahendra Elite . I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. I regret to inform you that my experience with the receptionist was far from satisfactory. Firstly, I was taken aback by the lack of respect and professionalism displayed by the receptionist. Their language was faulty and their behavior was far from courteous. As a guest, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and politeness, which unfortunately was not the case. Furthermore, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. Despite multiple complaints to the reception, the issue remained unresolved throughout my stay. This greatly affected my comfort and overall experience at your hotel. Additionally, I found the overall service to be subpar. The staff members were not attentive or proactive in addressing guest needs. Their lack of politeness and gentleness further added to my disappointment. I understand that every establishment can have its shortcomings, but it is crucial to address and rectify these issues promptly. As a guest, I expected a higher level of service and attention to detail, which unfortunately was not met during my stay. I sincerely hope that you take my feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests. Hotel Mahendra Elite is a fabulous experience for me. If you are ready to pay a reasonable amount for a good stay in Gudur, then it's much more recommended. The location is very near from Gudur Railway Junction and APSRTC Gudur Bus Stand. The service over here is great. Very friendly, helpful, and polite staff. All the hotel premises are clean, neat, and tidy. They have their own parking as well with CCTV, where you can park your vehicles without any tension and enjoy your stay.

We have been staying this hotel in suit rooms and normal rooms for more than 20 days per month we are good customers for you since 2021 , even though your receptionist didn't behave well today, he didn't speak politely for daily customers like us, then we can assume how the normal guest will get 1. We haven't damaged anything 2. We usually get 10 percent discount and we asked the same but the way receptionist didn't respond properly 3. We haven't stay in the hotel during nights as well sometimes eventhough we paid for 24 hours Very very upset sure soon you will see the revenue graph will be fall down @Mahendra management

Rooms are neat and clean. Providing basic amenities. 24/7 service available. Mobile payments allowed. Easy to locate. Very near to Gudur Railway Station.

No restaurant attached. Tv is not HD using local cable serviceb

Everything was good, the washrooms can be better, the price is on higher size though you will get complimentary breakfast.

Rooms are maintained in a good manner,service was good,I stayed 2 days and nothing to say anything bad. People are very supportive.only constrain no food available within hotel have to look arround.

I stayed with my family by seeing pictures in google, rooms were nice and neat but pillows were too much uncomfortable to sleep. The receptionist were friendly and needful while we checked in at night but next day while we check out ,we were charged extra for some glass ,they were which was not at room,I said them we don't know while we entered room there were only 1 glass and 2 cups with bottles of water, they were keep on arguing due to time lag . Please make sure while check into the room or take pictures to avoid such malpractices. Since we were in hurry , i have paid money and took recept from them. Don't fall for such thing and pls pay attention. It was too embarrassing what we are going to with 1 glass while we took 3 rooms for 6 ppl and paid money for rooms .
