One of the worst experience, rude service staff, Zero tolerance mentality, third class service and support. Not recommended ever and strongly suggest no need to go. not worth
We had very bad experience about this hotel. Worst maintenance, AC not working, full of mosquitoes, unhygienic and bedsheets unwashed,used but folded as if came from laundry. Took check out at 11pm, with full payment.
Food was good...but service was very slow
The hotel is spacious but rooms are not at all maintained properly. We had booked 4 rooms, 3 rooms and 1 Dormitory room for gents. The AC in Dormitory is for show only as it doesn't cool. The other rooms had other problems such as AC licking water and also found rat and lizard in one of the room. Overall a very bad experience.

the hotel has capacity to become the best hotel of Jalgaon but its not been used to the full potential. it has a great outdoor space but is totally wasted. rooms are from worst to good as they r being renovated. the first room i got was almost 25 yr old rotten room. i couldnt even step in and told to change it straight away which they did. they even had better rooms than the one i was given which i came to know later. the room ticks all boxes with decent beds, aircondition, tv and some even have small refrigerators but lighting could b better. breakfast service (only after 7.30AM) is only in rooms whereas the terrace on 2nd floor can be nicely used. GROUND FLOOR IS WORST OF ALL BEING CLOSE TO GARBAGE AS ALL AREA IS RUSTY AND CLOSED.
