Staff were very nice and friendly, but this hotel felt straight up haunted. Our room was pretty dirty, there was an off smell all the time, we couldn't get the shower to work, and our bed was basically wood with a thin mattress on top. We were "tricked" by the good reviews, so I'm just leaving this here for people to be aware.
It's an average hotel. Rooms are not cleaned properly.. service is pathetic, you will have to call multiple times for any service. Rooms are spacious but not maintained properly.
Rooms are good. The staff giving service are well behaved. But the owner seemed a bit unprepared for us when we ordered food. He kept on insisting to order once for a group.
The hotel is just at the right location, any new person can have access to every basic need like conveyance, food etc. The staff is very good and humble. Hospitality was great and flexible. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would be staying here the next time I visit Mathura. Radhey Radhey
