Hotel Maharaja Palace - Hotel in Hoshiarpur - Hoshiarpur, India

The reception staff is not trained to greet people well. We did an online booking in advance when we reached the hotel they first said this category room is not available ,but when we showed them our booking mail they said it was still not conferred. But we managed to get keys. This mismanagement in their system is not pleasant. Otherwise rooms are ok and good food available.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The breakfast was nothing short of amazing with a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms were clean, spacious and inviting, the housekeeping staff ensured that everything was changed on a daily basis. The property was stunning and was very well taken care of by the owners. Although it was around 2 KM from the nearest railway station, auto-rickshaws were easily available. The nearby market could have had more options, but was still convenient. Cab services were provided by the agencies, but were slightly on the higher side. The staff were incredibly welcoming and were well-trained. They ensured that every need of mine was taken care of, and provided me with anything that I needed. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended to anyone looking for rest and relaxation with exceptional service.

Old , nicely located property in hoshiarpur, attended parties here , so good hall for small to medium sized parties. Preparation is not best but good.

As we reached 2 Am in night they asked 6000 rs for 1 day ...earlier he said no rooms available after so many request he said only 2 rooms available..he ia not ready to listen.....although in agoda and make my trip its shows 2400 rs...the person who is sitting at reception said no rooms available only 2 rooms are thr which he said its a sweet room and asked for 6000 rs without breakfast....no hospitality....no care for clients....worthless..they just want money ...nothing else...no customer or client management skills and no hospitality

I wish there is Zero star review and I would give it to these people. The old man sitting at the reception is tge rudest person I have ever met. Me and friends are from Australia travelling India and this guy said very nonsense things I ever heard. Please people from outside please DO NOT book this hotel.

Very bad hotel ...even they will not give you single bottle of water if you take room ...employees way of dealing is pathetic ....hotel rates are not consistent ....hotel service are pathetic and layman employees are kept ....if you don't want trouble find some other hotel

Too pricey!!! Food is horrible palak paneer with food colour not authentic. Chicken tikka masala okay
