Other than the location the hotel feels like a place waiting to be sold out or renovated but pending. Service and rooms are not worth the price. Can be booked under compelling circumstances if required to be only around Kankaria Lake. There are no amenities or in house food service. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Rooms are specious and decent. Staff is Courteous and service is prompt. The hotel is located near kankaria gate so you can spend your ideal time in kankaria park which has lots of fun rides and activity area specially for kids.

About 30 of us were provided rooms by brides family for a wedding in February 2018. The rooms were very filthy. Hotel staff was unable to provide any services including clean towels or in room services. Upon complaining, the person in charge said that they do not have enough staff to provide any basic services. We are very disappointed and would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst experience.

Friendly staff, very accomodating. They don't have illogical rules in these modern times. The place is 2 meters 10 meters away from kankoria lake gate 5. In front of it is TGB, whose food is nothing less than amazing.

All staff are excellent. They will go an extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Exceptional service.

Good place for near kankariya, but room condition are too much bad. 2 out of 4 light bulb not available. Need renovation.

Just at the gate of Kankaria lake and opposite to TGB hotel. Its a good hotel with moderate price. Although its Lift is a but old style and can worry you for the 1st few times.

The hotel is located near the kankaria lake gate no. 05. Rooms are neat and clean as well as the bathrooms. The price is quite affordable. Behave of staffs are gentle.
