A good hotel at the Junction of Surathkal, Mangalore and MRPL . Perfect place to stay i would say. Numerous Rooms are available at affordable prices.

The location of the hotel is quite good if you are visiting NITK.It is at the center of Surathkal. The rooms are spacious but not properly maintained. The staff was courteous as they changed our sheets, which had holes in them when we said it. There is no provision for breakfast and the tea we ordered was not good either. Also we didn't get hot water as there was no geyser.
