Hotel Mahalaxmi - Hotel in Udaipur - Udaipur, India

It was a good and affordable hotel. We paid around 1200 per night for the AC room for 4 people. It's also located just 1 km away from the railway station and all the main tourist locations were located within the 5 to 8 km radius.

Location is good but Rooms are not properly clean. They repeat used blanket . Staffs are very much unprofessional. I vacated the hotel just after entering the hotel room. Price should not be more than Rs.1000\night for normal days. Wont suggest for family. Hotel is not up to the mark. Location is very good, if they improve on cleaning, hygiene part and train their staff then it could be a nice hotel to stay specially due to location.

This is a nice hotel very near to Bus stand and railway station on Udaipur. Rooms are neat and clean ambeanc is good. Rooms are good enough in size proper space for 2 person. Service are up to the mark however they doesn't have restaurant in hotel so the food is being served from outside. Outside folding is not good. Better you opt swiggy or zomato. Totiles are enough in size with western sitting.

Average hotel, staff behaviour is good, but hotel not have electric kettle facility, hotel location is roadside near. I take four bed room for one night, room size average, dish free channel only, two attach toilet cum bathroom, one have geaser also, one English potty seat, while one Indian seat. English potty seat not have wash lever mean useless item not caring room. bedseat have spots. blankets is average. dressing table available, table and chair also available in room. but cupboard not have lock. window view is not able to see. Iit was the worst stay of my life. No toiletries. Bathroom light not working. Free breakfast is just a sham, the hotel staff brings breaksfast from outside filthy roadside stalls. No towels provided to anyone of us.electricity not there from 9 am to 5 pm. We had to bath in cold water due to this in this freezing cold. Staff not at all corteoue. They were fighting among themselves in front of guests. Kitchen very dirty. We were told to use the kitchen ourselves. Free breakfast provided was very less. They provided only 1 paratha per guest which shoukd be atleast 2. Overall none of was happy with the service. It was not at all worth the price paid for hotel booking

it was really pathetic experience. I have booked family room.There was no lock for one toilet. it was already broken. no water on both mornings we stayed. we have to rush to reception and tell them. then they started motor and we had to wait 15-20 mins. no place for keeping cloths in bathroom. no hangers in cupboards. they say we don't provide it to any room. gyeser not working properly. room was not cleaned properly. all possibile worst experiences in one package. hot water non availability on consistent basis. we struggled a lot in cold weather. inconvenience due to water shortage in morning lack of basic facilities in bathroom cleanliness lack of basic facilities in room like hangers eg. only answer you get is wait for 15-20 mins..
